Tigermar was founded in 2014 by Martin St. Pierre, a veteran broker with decades of experience in London, New York and Singapore, and former Board Director of JLT Specialty, with the aim of creating a market-leading insurance broking and consultancy practice that truly places the interests of its clients first.
Headquartered in Singapore and originally focused on Marine & Energy, Tigermar has since evolved into a multi-discipline broking house, a global risk advisory, insurance and reinsurance broker specialising in placement services, claims advocacy, consultancy advice and risk engineering, with offices in Singapore, London and Cambodia.
Located in Phnom Penh’s Tonle Bassac neighbourhood, the Cambodia office is a fully licensed broking operation serving local clients with a highly professional level of insurance advice across a wide range of products. The Cambodia office is led by CEO Aman Dhillon, former Regional Director of JLT’s marine business in Asia, whose key areas of expertise span energy and marine risks, both construction and operational, with placements ranging from the world’s largest shipyards to complex bespoke hybrid risk structures.
Tigermar’s reach is genuinely global, they insure risks on all 7 continents, including Antarctica.
