Provita was legally established in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2016, and received its official insurance broker license from the Ministry of Economy and Finance in May 2017. As a fully independent broker, Provita works with all insurance companies in Cambodia as well as relevant international players in the industry, bringing a strong, professionally experienced team to every client engagement.

The leadership team is led by Co-founder and Chairman Khov Chung Tech, a multilingual legal scholar with a background spanning Swiss federal government service, banking, and telecoms, and CEO Lim Eng, a qualified Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute UK with nearly 20 years of industry experience.
