Elite Insurance Brokers was founded by four insurance professionals who witnessed first-hand the growth and development of Cambodia’s general insurance industry, each bringing years of deep expertise to serve the best interests of clients, partners and stakeholders.
The founding team is led by Executive Chairwoman Kong, a Chartered Insurer (ACII) who began her career in 2006 and rose through underwriting, claims and business development, and CEO Reth Sopharith, who started in insurance in 2004 and holds qualifications from both the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and the Malaysian Insurance Institute. Together with their co-founders, they are among a small group of Cambodian-born professionals to hold internationally recognised insurance designations.
